I thought you might like to know that the elevation at Fort Collins is 5003 feet (5280 feet in a mile) and today was the warmest one yet at 90. Also one of the readers wears a pedometer and told me that the "normal" walk we do each day (not counting anything extra like my journey to Old Town yesterday) is 5.3 miles. That is from the dorm to the cafeteria, the cafeteria to the student center (where we read the essays) back to the cafeteria for lunch then back to the student center after lunch. Then to the cafeteria from the student center for dinner and then back to dorm. Also we have a good walk twice a day on our breaks inside the student center too.
Tomorrow right after work I jump on a bus and go on a 5 hour journey roundtrip to the Rocky Mountain National Park and back to Fort Collins.
