I have been keeping busy grading from 8AM to 5:15 pm. This evening I decided to explore Fort Collins and I treked to "Old Town". I decided to eat at BeauJo's Colorado Pizza.

Here is the resturant where I decided to eat.

They make this pizza with very thick crust on the outside and thin in the middle. They recommend saving your thick crust and they give you a squeeze bottle of honey to use on it.

Time for bed another full day tomorrow.
